Good list! A few I didn’t know about.
A good ftp program for the mac is Cyberduck. Another good free app is of course Google docs. Seesmic is a good Twitter app to manage and use multiple twitter accounts.

For those looking to collaborate or have a meeting online (webinar options) http://www.dimdim.com is a free tool to fill the bill.

Can I say “fill the bill”?

Very helpful post… this will save many a lot of time.

(except I hope they look at them one by one and schedule the time to learn them.)
